Online Therapy for Adults Across New York
Online therapy with Malka Pill, LCSW — available throughout New York State.
After years of sitting with clients in person across NYC, I moved my practice online — because the people who needed therapy most were often the ones who couldn't get to it. Long commutes, mobility concerns, a baby napping in the next room, a caregiving schedule that leaves no free hour.
Telehealth isn't a lesser version of therapy. You still get a real relationship, real skill-building, and a consistent hour that belongs to you. You just don't have to fight traffic or a waiting room to get it.
You might recognize some of this
- You've been meaning to find a therapist but logistics keep getting in the way
- Leaving the house feels harder than it used to
- You live somewhere in New York without good local options
- You want privacy — no waiting rooms, no running into anyone
- You'd open up more easily from your own couch than an office
How we'd work on it together
We meet over a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. All you need is a phone, tablet, or computer and a quiet spot — I help with any technology worries in our first call, and it genuinely is simpler than it sounds.
The work itself is the same work I'd do in person: CBT skills, honest conversation, and a pace that respects where you're starting from.
Because I'm licensed in New York State, we can work together whether you're in Nassau County, the five boroughs, Westchester, or anywhere upstate.
Ready when you are
The first step is a free 15-minute call. No forms, no pressure — just a conversation.
